Out of courtesy & respect, the Catfish Feastival, Board of Directors ask that no other association or committee impose any conflicts on the Ware Shoals Catfish Feastival. Traditionally, our once per year festival includes hard work & commitments from our board members, and monetary commitments by advertisers. We are asking that there are NO setting up or selling booths OUTSIDE our Feastival. There are multiple times a year for other committees to hold their events.

Any girl from the age 3 to 18 years old interested in registering for the 2024 Catfish Feastival Princess is asked to send their name, age, address, phone number with a parents signature and non refundable registration fee of $25.00 to:

The girl that raises the most money will be crowned Catfish Feastival Princess, and will receive a large crown and sash. All other contestants will receive a tiara and will be recognized on stage. Crowning will take place at centerstage at 11am on May 25 at Main Street Ware Shoals. We are asking the girls to dress patriotic (if possible). Girls are asked to come to the gazebo prior to announcing the winner.

We are pleased to announce all proceeds raised by this year will go to benefit Shriners Children’s Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. A Shriner will be present to assist with crowning and receive the proceeds. Contestants are asked to turn their money in Monday, May 20th between 3 PM and 6 PM at 5 East Main St. Ware Shoals South Carolina.

The Catfish Feastival board of directors has gained approval to have this event by the associate Director of Philanthropy of Shriners Children’s Hospital.
